1. All details should be mentioned on form, we will not be responsible for any error or missing details in the order in case the details are not in the form.

2. This order form should be placed after finalising the order with our representative through FACEBOOK, EMAIL or PHONE.

3. Order confirmation SMS OR EMAIL is sent on the above information, do confirm the details as our team wont be responsible, if the information provided is wrong or SMS/Email is not received, please contact our support team.

4. Order can be cancelled latest by 12 pm a day before the order delivery date. In case of cancellation after 12 pm, 25% of the order amount need to be paid to cancel the order. For emergency order, no cancellation is possible once order is placed.

5. In case invoice value is above Rs.3000, team can request for advance payment that can be paid via different method to confirm the order.

6. In case of delivery, check delivery charges that are mentioned above. The delivery is done by third company and Mini Treats acts just as facilitating party. The company (Mini Treats) is not liable for product damage, delays or cancellation of delivery by third party (Delivery company). Do check your product before paying, once payment is done, we (Mini Treats) wont be responsible for damage claims.

7. Addons are purchased from Third Party and Mini Treats is not liable for its quality at all.

8. We do not send any pictures of order before or after it is ready.

9. We do not commit 100% replication of designs and slight variations do occur due to technical limitations.

10. Fresh flowers/chocolates are procured on order day so availability may vary and company can change the type or design of the flowers as per the availabilty in the market. Also color difference in flower may occur based on the best match available in the market.
